Manchester comedian Nina Gilligan has built a reputation as a fiercely original and sharply observant stand‑up, winning the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year, the Chortle and the North West Comedy awards.
She has featured at major festivals including the Edinburgh Comedy Festival and tours across the UK, headlining top comedy clubs and supporting leading acts with her bold, uncompromising and joyfully candid storytelling.
Her versatility has also led to work in writing, acting and radio. She plays Jo in the BBC Radio 4 sitcom ‘Where To, Mate?’ and her material has been featured across the network.
