To book a ‘show only’ Virgin Experience or Buyagift voucher, follow the instructions below and select from the available dates.

For Show & Dinner vouchers, please email us with your preferred date and full voucher details.

For Ticketmaster or Eventbrite gift vouchers, please email us with you preferred date and booking reference.

How to•

Book with a voucher.

Please read the following information carefully BEFORE attempting to make a booking:

Availability is limited to the dates listed below.
We do not accept group bookings with vouchers (maximum of four people only).
No date changes are permitted. We do not reply to any date change requests.

CONTENT WARNING: Our shows are not suitable for people prone to being offended or with politically-correct sensibilities. We kindly advise that such people book elsewhere.

Booking is through our regular booking system except you need to enter the word ‘voucher‘ as the access key (not your serial number).

Make one booking per voucher and select the number of people the voucher is for. Redeem one voucher at a time.
Start by selecting the date you wish to attend from the list of available dates below. DATE CHANGES ARE NOT POSSIBLE.
Click the ‘BUY TICKETS’ button on the event and then click ‘Have an access key?‘ at the bottom of the page.

Enter access code

Enter the word ‘voucher’ as the access key and click “Unlock” (DO NOT ENTER YOUR VOUCHER SERIAL NUMBER AS YET).
This will unlock the ticket type “Voucher”. Select the quantity and click ‘Continue‘ at the bottom.
Enter your details into the form, including your serial number, and complete your booking. You will then receive an email confirming your booking.

To make a ‘show & dinner’ booking using a voucher, please email [email protected] with your preferred date from the available dates listed here, the restaurant name and your full voucher details (such as serial number and PIN).

All voucher bookings are final and date changes are not possible. We therefore cannot respond to any queries about date changes.

Enter the word ‘voucher‘ as the access key (not your voucher’s code) and apply the code. You will be asked to enter your voucher details later in the process.

Voucher availability is limited and can be booked up several weeks in advance. Only dates listed have voucher availability.

After you have selected a date, clicked ‘BUY TICKETS’ and ‘Have an access key?’, enter the word ‘voucher’ as the access key (not your serial number) and apply the code. Then select voucher as the ticket type. You should not be charged.
