Help making a booking?
The most common voucher booking issues are answered in our voucher FAQs, such as:
- Your voucher code not being accepted.
- The system asking you to pay.
- The date you want not being available.

Alternatively, you can email us and we will respond within a few hours.
- We cannnot accept bookings with vouchers for more than four people.
- No date changes are permitted, except in the case of event cancellation. We do not reply to any date change requests.
